- We present the office of Skill Trade Kft., a kitchen technology company located in the Budapest agglomeration. The specialty of the project is that 2 office projects were realised almost simultaneously, next to each other. The plans and the realisation were made in harmony. The two similar office and warehouse buildings were built jointly by two owners who are active in completely different fields. The clients have the same style, so the offices were also designed to be similar, although there were differences in the use of materials and layout. Concrete surfaces that play with earth tones, painted natural concrete ceilings, stained oak veneer panels and warm-toned built-in furniture give the space a spacious and clean look. Meeting rooms are dominated by grey tones and natural patterns, perfectly matched by the Timbart solid wood American walnut table.

Solinfo Group’s specialists worked closely together with the designer on the lighting design. An important part of the concept was to allow as much natural light as possible to flood the spaces. Accordingly, in the operative area, huge light wells were created in the ceiling, so that in addition to artificial lighting, plenty of natural light illuminates the spaces. The luminaires are characterful and play a prominent role in the clean interior.
