Light influences our behaviour
The Lighting Embassy is an independent lighting design practice that uses light to enhance the experience of the visual environment. While designing, we work with our exclusive furniture suppliers and our professional lighting designer partners. We started with designing homes 20 years ago, but now we are much more than that. We are not an ordinary lighting design firm. Our work includes architecture, innovative product design, interior design and strategic branding. It creates an entire picture.
Light for us
Light is an intangible mystery that is part of us since the beginning of our lives. It is a dynamic phenomenon that constantly changes according to a perfectly designed rhythm. Its power gives energy to our lives, therefore it requires a perfect care and precise design. By creating an atmosphere, it influences our behaviour, mood and experience. Every activity and surrounding has one focal point that brings attention. Creating brightness and contrast is essential.
We shed light on architecture, forms, materials, space and our life's rhythm. Therefore it is not enough to simply use light with modern technology but also to design it precisely to fit the location, and even the culture of each nation.
As creative people, we tell stories in each project. We dig deep in traditions before we decide on the final solutions, then we transform our research into a design concept. After we observe and get inspired by natural light, we design lights for the night without creating an unhealthy brightness. Less is always more. So we observe, research, balance, analyse and design before we choose the right products to realise our concept.
